Professional Membership for Emerging Pollutants Experts

EPN welcomes experts and specialists in the field of emerging pollutants to contribute to making a difference and offers members the opportunity to engage more deeply in the EPN ‘s activities and effectively contribute to achieving its goals.

 

The Emerging Environmental Pollutants Expert Professional Membership Program (EvPT)

The Emerging Environmental Pollutants Technologist Expert Professional Membership Program (EvPT) aims to recognize and highlight academics, researchers, industry experts, as well as technicians through four professional tracks outlined below:

1. Emerging Environmental Pollutants Technologies Graduate (G.EvPT)
This certificate is designed for new graduates at the beginning of their careers and highlights their academic qualification in environmental technologies, including emerging environmental pollutants.
Eligibility Requirements:

  • Hold a diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in relevant fields related to environmental pollutants.
  • Apply for membership to the Scientific Committee of the EPN
  • This certificate does not require annual renewal.
  • Those who obtain this certificate are allowed to use the title G.EvPT after their name, indicating professional recognition as an Environmental Technologies Graduate.

2. Member of Emerging Environmental Pollutants Technologies (M.EvPT)
This certificate recognizes active participation in the field of emerging environmental pollutants and grants a professional identity to members actively involved in environmental projects as part of consulting or research projects (assessment, monitoring, study, research, analysis, management, treatment).
Eligibility Requirements:

  • Hold a diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in fields related to emerging environmental pollutant solutions.
  • At least one year of experience in environmental projects.
  • Apply for membership to the Scientific Committee of EPN
  • Those who obtain this certificate are allowed to use the title M.EvPT after their name, indicating professional recognition as a Member in Environmental Technologies.
  • The M.EvPT certificate must be renewed annually to ensure up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies and policies related to environmental pollutant solutions.
  • Minimum requirements for continuous professional development must be met annually through social activities, research, workshops, or any educational process related to the impacts and solutions of emerging environmental pollutants.

3. Professional Emerging Environmental Pollutants Technologies (P.EvPT)
This title is the highest professional certification in the EPN and is an advanced title specifically for researchers and professionals with extensive experience in the field of emerging environmental pollutants through academic paths such as scientific research, supervision, and teaching.
Objective: Competence and experience in using and applying environmental technologies to address emerging environmental pollutants.
Eligibility Requirements:

  • The applicant must have obtained the M.EvPT membership.
  • A strong record of professional experience in emerging environmental pollutants, such as evaluation and solutions.
  • At least three years of practical experience in emerging environmental pollutant issues and solutions.
  • The applicant must have led research or technical projects in the field of emerging environmental pollutants.
  • Must pass the evaluation interview conducted by the Scientific Committee.
  • The P.EvPT certificate must be renewed annually to ensure up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies and policies related to environmental pollutant solutions.
  • Those who obtain this certificate are allowed to use the title P.EvPT after their name, indicating professional recognition as a Professional Environmental Technologist.
  • Minimum requirements for continuous professional development must be met annually through social activities, research, workshops, or any educational process related to the impacts and solutions of emerging environmental pollutants.

4. Certified Emerging Environmental Pollutants Technologies (C.EvPT)
This title is the highest professional certification in the EPN and is specifically designed for professionals in the industrial sector with extensive experience in emerging environmental pollutants through the environmental consulting path and project leadership.
Objective: Emphasizes formal training and professional competence in environmental technologies.
Eligibility Requirements:

  • The applicant must have obtained the M.EvPT membership.
  • A strong record of professional experience in emerging environmental pollutants, such as evaluation and solutions.
  • At least three years of practical experience in emerging environmental pollutant issues and solutions.
  • The applicant must have led consulting projects in the field of emerging environmental pollutants.
  • Must pass the evaluation interview conducted by the Scientific Committee.
  • Minimum requirements for continuous professional development must be met annually through social activities, research, workshops, or any educational process related to the impacts and solutions of emerging environmental pollutants.
  • The C.EvPT certificate must be renewed annually to ensure up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies and policies related to environmental pollutant solutions.
  • Those who obtain this certificate are allowed to use the title C.EvPT after their name, indicating professional recognition as a Certified Environmental Technologist.
