A researcher specializing in functional materials and nanotechnology for food security and MPRC, Faculty of Civil Engineering and the Environment at Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM). His work focuses on developing functional materials, nanocoating techniques, and enhancing biologically active compounds to support food security and environmental sustainability. He holds a PhD in Food Engineering and Technology from Jiangnan University in China, ranked first globally in this field according to the Shanghai rankings. He previously served as an Assistant Professor at Henan University of Science and Technology in China and worked as an accredited examiner at the Faculty of Agriculture, Food, and Environment. Additionally, he served as an environmental and microbial pollution consultant for various industrial companies. His research focus on developing advanced materials for pollutant removal, exploring sustainable ways to package biologically active compounds, contributing to environmental pollution reduction and enhanced food security. He has published numerous peer-reviewed articles in top-tier international journals, focusing on the intersection of nanotechnology, environmental science, and food safety. He received a Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC) and won first place as the best researcher in the University President’s Scholarship for 2020-2021 in China. He has also participated in several international workshops and scientific conferences, further cementing his position as a leading researcher in his field.
