With over thirty years of professional experience, he has held prominent leadership positions including Director General of the Industrial Research and Consultancy Center in Sudan, UNESCO Chair holder, and Executive Director of the Sudanese Industrial Chambers Union. His expertise spans research management, technology transfer, entrepreneurship, higher education, and international cooperation, granting him an exceptional ability to bridge knowledge and practical application. He has contributed effectively to developing innovation policies and strengthening the research environment, and remains a model of dedication and leadership in serving society and keeping pace with global developments in his field.<\/span>\n <\/p>\n<\/article>\n

Graduate of the Faculty of Commerce, Damascus University (1975), with advanced diplomas in Accounting and Economics. Taught at numerous Syrian and Arab universities. Held multiple administrative, advisory, and academic positions including Dean and Vice Dean at the Higher Institute of Administrative Development, Damascus University. Author of 15 books on information systems, knowledge management encyclopedia, and generative artificial intelligence (2025), with over 40 research papers and conference participations. He also has practical experience in industry and commerce, and continues to teach virtually.<\/span>\n <\/p>\n<\/article>\n
