These pioneering networks laid the groundwork for ASTF's collaborative approach to advancing science and technology in the Arab world. Established between 2002 and 2008, they connected thousands of researchers, facilitated groundbreaking collaborations, and created lasting impact in their respective fields.

While these networks have completed their active phases, their contributions continue to influence ASTF's current initiatives and serve as models for new collaborative frameworks.

Eight specialized networks that brought together Arab scientists, researchers, and professionals to advance knowledge and innovation.

Biotechnology Network

Launched in March 2008 in Sharjah, UAE. Advanced biotechnology research and development across medicine, agriculture, environment, energy, media, and training sectors with approximately 150 members plus 40 regional and international organizations.
